- if you want it thick then you have to steel while it still boiling to make the water thick that is the yam parts will melt and make the water thick, after cooking you will get a yellowish colour and the thick part to help you enjoy the yam mmmm yummmy .



- On the other hand if you want it watery it nice too. You don't need to steel while cooking neither do you need to be careful on the quantity of water you put. After this you will still get a yellowish cooked colour with water. Enjoy
